As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients, consultants, and technical teams. You’ll help shape the direction of data and AI initiatives by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and supporting solution design. Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, processes, and challenges.
- Elicit and document clear, actionable requirements for data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions.
- Analyse business workflows and systems to identify improvement opportunities and gaps.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Support product backlog creation, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment throughout delivery.
- Contribute to solution design, user stories, and service documentation.
- Support change management and adoption planning for delivered solutions.
- Help ensure data and AI projects deliver measurable value and are user-focused.
