Role Description
The Property Management Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day property management activities, including handling tenant and landlord queries, scheduling inspections, and supporting maintenance requests. The role involves preparing and organizing tenancy documents, assisting with lease renewals and terminations, and ensuring accurate records are maintained in internal systems. The Property Management Coordinator will liaise with contractors, monitor property repairs, and follow up on completion and quality of work. The role also includes providing high-quality customer service to clients, supporting branch operations with general administrative tasks, and assisting with property handovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.
- Practical experience or strong interest in property management, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.
- Solid administrative assistance capabilities, including document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with lease administration, such as managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and notices.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and property or CRM systems; ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Previous experience in real estate, lettings, or property management is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Manchester, collaboratively within a diverse team and with international clients.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Mandarin or Cantonese) are beneficial but not mandatory.
