We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.
How you will create an impact
You will support the end-to-end recruitment process—coordinating interviews, managing candidate administration and compliance. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the recruitment inbox, ensuring a timely response to emails.
- Respond and deal promptly with queries via phone or email from recruiting managers, candidates and agency suppliers regarding the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics, including invites, interview confirmations and room bookings.
- Production of offer letters, T&Cs and offer packs for candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support offer processes and onboarding administration, ensure all paperwork is returned in a timely manner.
- Be the point of contact for new hires regarding their Right to Work check and coordination of Right to Work certifiers across the UK offices.
- Work with our Shared Service team on new hire background checks and liaise with the vendor.
- Work with the senior recruiters to develop your recruitment skills and build knowledge of the Insurance market.
- Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
- Provide general administrative support and take on ad-hoc requests assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or UK Head of Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced co-ordination, administrative or customer service role.
- Any HR or recruitment experience is a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be creative and think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems or databases.
- Proactive with a willingness to learn.
