AIG reimagines how we help customers manage risk. Join us as a Senior Multinational Coordinator to contribute to delivering bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global clients and work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to meet our customers’ cross-border insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support to the specialist Multinational Producing Office.
- Manage relationships with the wider Multinational team, Clients, Brokers, Underwriters and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate a portfolio of assigned client accounts, acting as the multinational point of contact.
- Global program tracking using our internal systems, chasing outstanding information such as policy, invoice and payment.
- Programme management – implementation, tracking performance and communicating with brokers and clients.
- Provide multinational expertise to support colleagues in respect of multinational program set-up, global information and documentation.
- Apply logic to proactively solve any issues that arise.
- Manage multiple priorities, organise work and adhere to internal KPIs.
