How you will create an impact:

This is a fantastic role that offers great career progression, as you will have the opportunity to work with our largest clients across all product lines in countries all over the world. In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing the operational Multinational capabilities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Promote a customer focused environment, ensuring the UK Region meet and exceed the standards in terms of quality, customer service, compliance, and timeliness in servicing Multinational Accounts.
  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that MN service delivery meets expectations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – identify operational inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and socialize best practices.
  • Lead the design and continual improvement of end-to-end processes across Multinational operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support AIG Network Integration within broader AIG Network Optimization strategy. Evaluate regional service delivery resources according to capacity requirements.
  • Act as AIG Operations/Shared Services Relationship “business owner” for the region.
  • Coordinate and escalate system, operations and Service delivery country issues.
  • Resolve service delivery issues by engaging with other parties within the AIG network as required.
  • Track and report efficiency of the Multinational teams; recommend corrective action in response to service delivery issues; ensure complaints from within the AIG network or internal departments and legal inquiries are addressed within established guidelines and protocols.
  • Apply analytics for operational performance measurement, benchmarking and competitive analysis around key areas
  • Partner with relevant MN Training, Quality, Risk & Compliance colleagues to identify, report, review and communicate relevant issues, challenges, risks, opportunities and training needs.
  • Participate in System, Operations and Service delivery Multinational initiatives and projects.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience in process design, implementation and improvement within a complex, global organization
  • Experience in managing a service orientated operational environment
  • Experience working in the insurance industry advantageous
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset, able to work with data and metrics to drive process improvements
  • Passion for driving a culture of operational excellence across the organization
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
