How you will create an impact

This is a fantastic client facing role for an inquisitive, analytical problem solver who wants to progress their career within the insurance industry.

  • Responsible for the servicing of all reinsurance related requirements for a portfolio of Multinational gross and net line captive accounts
  • Partner with Producing Offices and Client Executives to design and deliver Multinational solutions.
  • Coordinate premium-related activities including invoice issuance, reconciliation, cash flow tracking and data analysis ensuring accuracy across systems and timely communications with stakeholders.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external parties which includes reinsurers, brokers, regional offices - to be able to manage service delivery, resolve issues and meet program requirements.
  • Drive consistency and improvements in end-to end process, identify remediation actions, and ensure program compliance with corporate requirements and contractual commitments.
  • Onboarding of new accounts and ensure seamless implementation and renewal of global programs, managing timelines and ensuring alignment with service expectations.
  • Resolve client and reinsurer issues promptly, maintain accurate documentation and support Claims in distributing the program and reinsurer details when needed
  • Regularly and thoroughly monitor all accounts to ensure custom service delivery solutions that support our clients’ needs / commitments.
  • Provide support and collaboration to colleagues as needed.
  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience within a client facing role within insurance
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing accurate timely reports, with good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A client-centric approach both internally and externally, fostering strong collaboration.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
