How you will create an impact
You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgement and a risk mind-set. It will be essential to build effective relationships with brokers and to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.
