The team takes an innovative approach to supporting day-to-day operations and fostering a dynamic workplace, while driving commercial and operational efficiencies.
How you will create an impact:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery management and services supporting the successful operation of the office.
- Help shape the workplace of the future and evolution of the office to changing business needs.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer engagement and service delivery across a broad range of services.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance and workplace ergonomics are class leading and adapt to new ways of working.
- Deliver energy saving and sustainability initiatives, supporting the AIG drive to net zero.
- Manage third party vendors.
- Support the management of facilities in the AIG regional offices with the wider team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A strong multidisciplinary facilities management background in a corporate environment.
- Experience of a large office building with multiple floors, including retail units.
- Proven working knowledge of building systems and management systems.
- Health and Safety IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Skilled in sourcing, price testing and vendor engagement.
- Management of 3rd party resources.
- Interpersonal adaptability and negotiation and prioritization of customer and business need.
- Ability to be flexible to changing business demands.
- Practical experience of resilience and incident management, including responding to emergencies and unplanned events where required.
- Budget, purchasing and financial skills of a working building.
- Understanding and working with small and large capital management projects.
