How you will create an impact
This is a fantastic client facing role for an inquisitive, analytical problem solver who wants to progress their career within the insurance industry. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the servicing of all reinsurance related requirements for a portfolio of Multinational gross and net line captive accounts.
- Partner with Producing Offices and Client Executives to design and deliver Multinational solutions.
- Coordinate premium-related activities including invoice issuance, reconciliation, cash flow tracking and data analysis ensuring accuracy across systems and timely communications with stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external parties which includes reinsurers, brokers, regional offices - to be able to manage service delivery, resolve issues and meet program requirements.
- Drive consistency and improvements in end-to-end process, identify remediation actions, and ensure program compliance with corporate requirements and contractual commitments.
- Onboarding of new accounts and ensure seamless implementation and renewal of global programs, managing timelines and ensuring alignment with service expectations.
- Resolve client and reinsurer issues promptly, maintain accurate documentation and support Claims in distributing the program and reinsurer details when needed.
- Regularly and thoroughly monitor all accounts to ensure custom service delivery solutions that support our clients’ needs / commitments.
- Provide support and collaboration to colleagues as needed.
