This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills to provide EA support to our Global Head of Construction and UK Head of Energy in our London office.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary management - coordinating meetings internally and externally
  • Inbox management
  • Complex international and domestic travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings to take minutes, manage & chase actions to ensure all completed by deadlines and any pre-meeting preparation
  • Weekly collation of various spreadsheets & documents

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in an EA role within a busy financial services environment
  • Confidence in and experience of dealing with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
