Over the past year and a half, we have successfully delivered highly impactful, enterprise-wide Generative AI solutions into production. Our success to date is fuelling the rapid expansion of use cases across AIG, and by extension, the need for new highly skilled and experienced candidates in the GenAI space to join our team. How you will create an impact:

  • Develop delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements.
  • Monitor solutions in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions).
  • Experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in Python, working in an agile production-oriented environment, handling defect triage/RCA/Fix.
  • Preferred experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
  • Highly technical and hands-on team member.
