About the AIG Early Career Programme

How you will make an impact
- Support with underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of the business line.
- Support with assessing the desirability of risk.
- Build relationships with brokers by networking and attending broker events.
- Deliver excellent service to brokers.
- Support with creating monthly management information including submissions bind rate, average premium and total premium.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelors or Masters degree to be received no later than June 2026.
- Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector.
- Evidence of extra‑curricular activities.
- A team player with strong communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer and sales‑orientated behaviours: motivated, proactive and accountable.
