AIG in London is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join its UK Commercial Legal team. You will provide day-to-day legal support to AIG's UK operations, including Lloyd's-related activities, and report to the Head of Legal, UK & Talbot.
You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, advise on product-related matters and non-claims disputes, collaborate with GLCR COEs on regulatory and compliance issues, and help manage external counsel to ensure high-quality outcomes.
