Get an international experience in a corporate environment. You will be working at Liberty London, one of the most iconic department stores in the world, renowned for its eclectic mix of luxury fashion, beauty, homeware, and unique heritage. With a rich history that spans over 140 years, we are a vibrant, innovative, and customer-focused brand. We pride ourselves on providing a premium shopping experience, offering carefully curated collections that reflect both contemporary trends and timeless style.

To support the Liberty London design team in all administrative tasks to help better support the business. To become an expert in both of the systems used across wholesale and retail. Become an expert in all things Liberty London and Liberty Fabrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and vendors, ensuring timely and professional communication at all times.
  • Stay informed about trends in the luxury fashion industry to assist with market research and strategising new business initiatives.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of Liberty London, assisting the wider Liberty London team and other relevant departments across the business.
  • Assist with creative tasks such as photoshoots and fabric.

  • A computer will be provided.
  • AIESEC will be providing leadership training during your experience.
  • Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange visa (Tier 5) - You will require this visa for the duration of the opportunity.
  • You will require health insurance for the duration of the opportunity.
