The company deliverstailored digital solutions to improve business efficiency andperformance.CrownSoft also developed Allergen, a digital allergen managementplatform for restaurants and food businesses, helping them manageallergen information, digital menus, QR codes and customer access tofood allergen details.
The Marketing Executive Intern will support CrownSoft’s marketingactivities by assisting with digital marketing campaigns, social mediamanagement, content creation, market research, lead generationand promotional activities. The role will involve creating andscheduling marketing content, monitoring campaign performance,researching market trends and competitors, supporting customerengagement and maintaining marketing records. The intern willwork closely with the management and business developmentteams to promote CrownSoft’s IT services and the Allergenplatform, develop brand awareness and support business growth.
Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Create marketing content for CrownSoft and Allergen.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Assist with lead generation and customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Learn practical digital marketing, SEO, content strategy and analytics.
