Job Responsibilities & Scope:

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented accountant to join our team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
• The role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and supporting general accounting activities.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage financial information accurately and confidentially.
• You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and that records are kept up to date.

Main Activities:

• Assist with recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions.
• Support invoice preparation, processing, and payment tracking.
• Monitor business expenses and help maintain expense records.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
• Help organise and maintain financial documents and records.
• Assist with budgeting and basic financial analysis.
• Work with different teams to gather and verify financial information.
• Support general administrative and accounting tasks when required.
• Gain practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
• Develop an understanding of financial reporting and business finance.
