We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planner to support the development and management of project schedules across ASEE Ltd projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate planning, monitoring progress, and supporting project teams to deliver works on time and within budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of schedule data for contracts
- Work with Contracts Managers to determine schedule rates for work activities and milestones
- Establish work sequences and activity durations for assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
- Attend programme and progress meetings with clients
- Review and analyse supplier schedules submitted for projects
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
- Apply Earned Value, resourcing, and progress measurement techniques
- Support preparation of project changes and budget allocations
- Provide ongoing schedule insights to support project planning and coordination
- Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between planning, project teams, and stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience:
- HNC/HND/BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in project planning within electrical/engineering contracts
- Strong ability to establish work sequences and activity durations
- Ability to provide continuous schedule support to project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred (training can be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
