Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of complex projects across Europe, ASEE Groupis seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Managerto join our team. Based primarily at our headquarters in Newry, this role will involve regular travel to our sites across Europe.
We are looking for a motivated leader with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards, all while meeting critical programme and commercial goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple construction and engineering projects across Europe from inception to completion
• Take full commercial and financial responsibilityfor each contract
• Lead and mentormultidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site operations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholdersto ensure project milestones are met
• Manage and coordinate all labour resources and project execution activities
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and KPIs
• Implement best practice project controls and problem-solving frameworks to meet deadlines
• Deliver clear and timely communicationto all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years’ experiencein a similar role within the construction or M&E industry
A relevant Engineering Degree or technical qualification(Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and project teams simultaneously
Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Strong commercial acumenand understanding of project cost management
Ability to travel across Europe frequently
MEP or data centre experience is highly advantageous
A solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
Familiarity with contractual frameworks and risk management processes
Confident with tools such as MS Project, Google Workspace, and document control systems
