Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of complex projects across Europe, ASEE Groupis seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Managerto join our team. Based primarily at our headquarters in Newry, this role will involve regular travel to our sites across Europe.
We are looking for a motivated leader with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards, all while meeting critical programme and commercial goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee multiple construction and engineering projects across Europe from inception to completion
β’ Take full commercial and financial responsibilityfor each contract
β’ Lead and mentormultidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site operations
β’ Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholdersto ensure project milestones are met
β’ Manage and coordinate all labour resources and project execution activities
β’ Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards
β’ Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and KPIs
β’ Implement best practice project controls and problem-solving frameworks to meet deadlines
β’ Deliver clear and timely communicationto all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of 5+ yearsβ experiencein a similar role within the construction or M&E industry
A relevant Engineering Degree or technical qualification(Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and project teams simultaneously
Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Strong commercial acumenand understanding of project cost management
Ability to travel across Europe frequently
MEP or data centre experience is highly advantageous
A solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
Familiarity with contractual frameworks and risk management processes
Confident with tools such as MS Project, Google Workspace, and document control systems
