In this crucial role, you will effectively control a small but growing warehouse with functions including Dispatch, Goods Receiving, Storage, Deliveries and Pick-ups whilst maintaining a desired level of inventory integrity and a tidy and functional work environment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in supervising or team leader in a warehouse or operations teams – preferably in a fast‑moving environment
- Ability to supervise warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational control
- Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
- Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
- History of compliance with safety regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting
- Forklift License
- First Aid certificate or willingness to get one
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor all warehousing process, stock, inventory and delivery fleet vehicles
- Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team in a fast‑moving environment
- Monitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse equipment and maintenance
- Follow workplace safety and OH&S rules and ensure staff are following as well
- Ensure goods inwards & outwards efficiency and quality control
