Support Worker – Complex Care (Female) Shifts: 8AM: to 8PM The AICS Group is a specialist provider of community-based rehabilitation and complex care, supporting individuals with conditions such as brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, and learning disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader / Rehabilitation Support Worker to support old male client living in the IG3 area. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT), supporting a young individual with complex needs through a structured rehabilitation pathway. The role focuses on neurorehabilitation and spinal injury support, bridging the transition from hospital to home. You will play a key role in delivering tailored care plans, promoting recovery, and enhancing the client’s independence and quality of life.
