About the Role: You will contribute to the development, and ongoing maintenance of the CIMA qualifications portfolio throughout its lifecycle. You will deliver high-quality administrative, data, and coordination support across research, curriculum and assessment development, product maintenance, and cross-functional project delivery—contributing to accuracy and quality. You will report to the Director, CIMA Qualification Development. You will use a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule.
You Will:
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of the CIMA Qualifications portfolio, including planning, review, publication, and maintenance activities.
- Track qualification components, version control, and lifecycle status to ensure materials remain accurate and current.
- Help coordinate qualification development projects, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and supporting delivery of development artefacts.
- Maintain organised records of research activities, practitioner insights, and expert inputs for curriculum and assessment design.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to internal and external meetings including scheduling, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Collect and analyse qualification-related data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, reviews, including scheduling, materials, and technical setup.
- Support creation of reports, presentations, and documentation for partners.
- Raise and track purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliant processing.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure reliable support.
You Have:
- GCSEs, or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative or project support role
- Experience working to deadlines
