In this Senior Manager level role you will report to The Director - Learning Products and will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management and commercial performance of an assigned learning product portfolio across all modes of delivery. You will set and manage the strategic direction of learning products ensuring that all products within assigned portfolio are delivered and meet commercial targets and other performance expectations. You will collaborate across and outside the organisation to ensure products meet B2C and B2B market demands and align with organisational, proposition and learning strategies. This role is remote first.
You Will:
- Participate in planning and review processes, leading the analysis for our assigned learning product portfolio.
- Make data-driven recommendations for new product introduction, product enhancement or discontinuation.
- Oversee development of new and updated products.
- Review in-year and ad-hoc learning product requests.
- For products confirmed to move forward, scope and launch product development and provide ongoing monitoring and direction to ensure product commissioned is delivered and meets specifications for launch.
- Maintain knowledge of portfolio and audiences/segments served.
- Collaborate with the Experience Business Partner, Department Leaders, B2B Learning Solutions and B2B Sales teams.
- Work with Experience Commercial and Experience Planning & Performance teams to provide ongoing product portfolio performance reporting and insights.
- Work with Experience Service Design team to ensure learning product opportunities are optimised in service design and journeys.
You Have:
- Understanding of learning programme development and curriculum management.
- Knowledge of market trends in the education or professional development sector.
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and adult learning theories.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning product management or a related role within the learning and development sector, with experience of multi-format products, ideally for a commercial learning organisation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AICPA & NASBA CPE Standards.
