We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who is eager to advance their career and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients through a combination of project-based and foundational activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technology teams and the Automation Development team. Our collective focus is on improving and transforming client platforms and experiences for the better.
Your role
As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you’ll have exciting opportunities to grow professionally while contributing to the team’s success. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Manage the configuration and customisation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
- Maintain the integrity of the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring consistency across all modules.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and innovations, leveraging new features and capabilities to drive platform improvements.

Your Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Highly desirable certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Security Clearance
This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance as a condition of appointment.
To be eligible:
- Applicants must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the past five years.
- You must meet all SC criteria.
