The role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst: curriculum lead, subject matter expert, and mentor who will shape the next generation of business analysts/transformation folks working at the intersection of data, AI, and organisational change. You’ll lead the design and delivery of our BA4 Apprenticeship programme, translating complex concepts in business analysis and GenAI into practical, engaging learning experiences. You’ll also work directly with employers to tailor learning journeys that deliver real transformation and ROI.
This is a role for someone who understands both business and technology, someone who can connect digital transformation strategy with hands-on GenAI capability.
You will:
- Design a fully compliant and forward-looking BA4 Apprenticeship curriculum.
- Turn curriculum outlines into engaging study content that learners enjoy and apply.
- Deliver lectures and technical tutoring on Business Analysis and GenAI in organisational contexts.
- Guide learners on projects that create tangible ROI for their employers.
- Engage with client organisations to customise learning pathways for their teams and transformation goals.
- Continuously evolve and update the programme to stay aligned with industry standards and emerging AI capabilities.
What you will bring:
- Demonstrable experience delivering apprenticeship programmes (ideally at BA4 standard).
- Proven background in curriculum design and development within technical or digital transformation domains.
- Experience as a business analyst or programme manager, including stakeholder management, process mapping, business case creation, transition planning, and impact reporting.
- Understanding of GenAI technologies, including their capabilities, risks, governance, and adoption challenges.
- Awareness of how digital transformation impacts people and organisations, and how to guide learners through that change.
- Strong teaching, facilitation, and mentoring experience in adult learning contexts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Delivered or led a GenAI transformation initiative in a business environment.
- Published content, lectures, or talks on business transformation, GenAI, or education.
- Familiarity with vendor ecosystems and partnerships relevant to AI adoption.
