Machine Learning Coach
The role
You’ll coach a cohort of apprentices through data/AI programmes, combining facilitation, 1:1 coaching, and progress reviews to help every learner complete on time and apply skills on the job. You should have technical abilities to tutor on Machine Learning concepts.
What you’ll do
- Lead engaging workshops and group sessions on data/AI concepts and workplace application.
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching, set goals, track progress, and unblock learners quickly.
- Run triad reviews with apprentices and their managers; agree on clear on-the-job projects.
- Monitor programme health metrics (attendance, submissions, outcomes) and intervene early for at-risk learners.
- Give high-quality feedback on assignments and portfolios; maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and support teams to deliver a consistent learner experience.
- Champion inclusivity and psychological safety; adapt delivery for varied learning needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of content, delivery, and quality standards.
What you’ll bring
