As a Graduate Forward‑Deployed AI Engineer at AiCore, you’ll work directly with organisations to help employees redesign real work using AI. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI, workflows, technology and people: understanding business problems, identifying where AI can create value, building practical AI‑enabled workflows, and helping people become genuinely capable with AI. This is a role for someone who wants to become exceptionally good, exceptionally quickly, and wants real responsibility early in their career.

Your first 12 months are designed to accelerate your development. You’ll start by going through the AiCore Forward‑Deployed AI Engineering Academy, developing deep capability across AI engineering, leading AI platforms, workflow design, agents, experimentation, evaluation, governance and client delivery. You’ll then apply this with real organisations, initially alongside experienced people and progressively taking ownership of increasingly difficult problems. The aim is simple: you should be dramatically more capable at the end of your first year than when you joined.
