The Role: Sales Representative (AI Apprenticeships & Workforce Upskilling)
As a Sales Rep at AiCore, you’ll be responsible for selling apprenticeship-led AI capability building to employers. You’ll be a first point of commercial contact, representing AiCore with high standards and urgency as we scale. This is a role for someone who wants to win in a market that’s moving fast, and who wants real autonomy and ownership in a remote-first team.

What We Expect From You:
- Run a high-tempo sales cadence: outreach, discovery, follow-up, and tight pipeline hygiene.
- Sell consultatively: map apprenticeship-led AI capability building to business outcomes.
- Work our process, improve it, and contribute feedback loops across the team.
- Use AI-enabled tooling to reduce admin and increase selling time (we’re serious about AI in every function).
- Be a team player, win together, share learnings, raise the bar.
Results (example targets):
- Consistent pipeline creation (meetings booked with qualified employer stakeholders)
- Strong conversion through discovery → proposal → close
- High-quality handoffs to delivery/customer teams to protect outcomes and retention (Final targets depend on segment and motion; the bar is high.)
Requirements:
- Proven track record in phone/video-led sales (this is essential).
- Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded deals.

Compensation:
