AiCore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end-to-end hiring engine for our delivery team, scaling 4–6 hires per month. You’ll source, screen, close and report on the funnel, partnering with management to raise hiring quality while driving rapid growth in AI consultants and AI Transformation Managers.
You’ll work with the founders, own the recruitment playbook, and build a scalable function in a remote-first UK environment.
