We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join Aibidia’s London team and play a key role in accelerating our growth across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, new business role for an enterprise seller who knows how to navigate complex organisations, engage senior Finance and Tax leaders, and build momentum across multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You’ll own opportunities from prospecting through to close, working with CFOs, Heads of Tax, Transfer Pricing leaders and other senior stakeholders at some of the world’s largest multinational organisations. With our average customer generating $7B+ in annual revenue, these are complex, high-value conversations where strong discovery, commercial acumen and the ability to build a compelling business case matter.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll partner closely with our SDRs, Transfer Pricing Subject Matter Experts, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership teams to win strategic accounts and expand Aibidia’s presence across the region. Aibidia, founded in 2018, provides the technology that enables multinational enterprises to make more considered transfer pricing decisions. Our connected, end-to-end platform provides organizations the ability to take full control of their business and implement considered tax strategies across the entire group. With over 5,000 legal entities managed on our platform and an average revenue of 7 billion Euros among our clients, we are dedicated to helping the world’s largest enterprises transform their cross-border business management, leading to healthy global business.

What you’ll do:

  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement and discovery through to negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic multinational accounts across the UK and European markets.
  • Sell £100k+ enterprise opportunities into Finance and Tax organisations, engaging stakeholders including CFOs, Heads of Tax and Heads of Transfer Pricing.
  • Develop relationships across multiple levels of an organisation and effectively multi-thread complex buying committees.
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand customers’ business challenges and translate them into compelling commercial cases for Aibidia.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement, security, legal and commercial processes to move opportunities towards close.
  • Build account and territory strategies that identify where Aibidia can have the greatest impact.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Subject Matter Experts, Customer Success, Marketing and Leadership throughout the sales process.
  • Represent Aibidia at industry events, executive meetings, webinars and roadshows across your territory.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and deal management, and play an active role in shaping our enterprise sales motion as Aibidia continues to scale.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with meaningful experience selling into enterprise organisations.
  • A track record of owning and closing six-figure, complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, functions and decision-makers.
  • Confidence engaging and building credibility with C-level and senior executive buyers.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to uncover business problems, quantify value and develop compelling business cases.
  • A demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a willingness to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound or SDR-generated pipeline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience using a structured enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDPICC.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfortable owning your number while bringing the right internal experts into opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where you’ll have autonomy and the opportunity to influence how we sell.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience selling into CFO, Finance, Tax or other enterprise financial functions.
  • Experience selling enterprise software involving transformation, compliance, data or workflow change.
  • Additional language skills.

Why Aibidia?

  • You’ll be joining at an exciting stage of our growth, with the opportunity to sell a sophisticated enterprise platform to some of the world’s largest multinational companies.
  • Own meaningful, high-value opportunities and build senior relationships within global organisations.
  • Work alongside experienced Transfer Pricing specialists who bring deep domain credibility to the sales process.
  • Help shape our enterprise GTM motion rather than simply inherit an established playbook.
  • Build your career within an international, fast-growing SaaS company transforming a traditionally underserved technology category.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Share in Aibidia’s success – Enjoy a competitive compensation and incentive package that rewards your contribution.
  • Flexible, hybrid working – Flexible working hours and a hybrid policy designed to support how you work best.
  • Comprehensive healthcare – A healthcare package to support you and your wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing that matters – A genuine focus on physical and mental wellbeing, supported by our internal Health & Wellbeing Committee.
  • Time to celebrate together – Regular team socials, including our much-loved summer and winter parties.
  • The best tools for the job – Access to the latest technology to help you do your best work.
  • Invest in your growth – Performance-based development is part of our culture, with a dedicated learning budget for every employee.
  • Make an impact globally – Join a fast-growing global SaaS company using technology to transform a traditionally complex industry.
  • Low hierarchy, high collaboration – Work in an open, collaborative environment where ideas are valued and everyone has the opportunity to make an impact.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity, we want you to bring you, no matter your background, gender, race or sexual orientation!
