About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to build, grow, and manage Aibidia's strategic partner ecosystem across leading Tax, Transfer Pricing, Consulting firms and strategic technical firms. As the primary relationship owner for our strategic partners, you'll develop executive relationships, create joint growth plans, enable partner teams, and identify new commercial opportunities that drive mutual success. You will become the centerpoint for the relationship from initial outreach through adoption rollout, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You'll develop and execute partnership strategies that increase market reach, accelerate revenue growth, ensure partner trust and success and strengthen Aibidia's position within the professional services and technology ecosystem.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and creating long-term commercial value through partnerships. You'll be based in the UK, working in a hybrid environment (2 days per week in our Liverpool Street office).

Key Responsibilities - What You Own:
- Strategic Partner Management
- Own and grow relationships with Aibidia's strategic partners, including Big Four, technology partners and other leading professional services firms.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Partners, Directors, Practice Leaders and alliance teams.
- Create and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with mutual business objectives.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring partner priorities are represented across the business.
- Ensure a successful adoption and support strategy enabling our partners to successfully leverage Aibidia products as part of their client engagements.
- Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and strengthen collaboration.
- Partnership Growth & Business Development
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through referrals, co-selling and joint client engagements.
- Build joint account plans with key partners to accelerate pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives alongside partner organisations, including campaigns, events, thought leadership and webinars.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support strategic opportunities and maximise partner influence throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor partnership performance against agreed objectives, pipeline and revenue targets.
- Partner Enablement & Success
- Design and deliver partner enablement programmes that equip partners to confidently position Aibidia's solutions.
- Partner with Marketing to develop high-quality sales enablement materials, playbooks, presentations and other partner-facing resources.
- Ensure partners remain informed about new product capabilities, market developments and best practices.
- Manage conflict resolution and partner client project challenges.
- Partnership Programme Development
- Contribute to the evolution of Aibidia's partnership strategy and programme.
- Lead onboarding for new partners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Establish scalable processes, governance and performance metrics across the partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Your Experience:
- Experience in Partner Management, Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing joint business plans, co-selling initiatives and partner-led growth strategies.
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with partnership agreements, commercial negotiations and governance processes.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce), partner relationship management tools and partnership reporting.
- Experience working across international markets and managing global partner relationships.
