Aibidia is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our events strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building brand visibility, engaging stakeholders, and delivering memorable experiences that align with our mission of driving innovation in Transfer Pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Event Coordination: Manage our presence at major industry events throughout the year. When sponsoring an event, you will lead on all aspects including attendees, stand, branding opportunities, speaking slots, and social activities for clients in the evening. Design and produce booth materials, ensuring merchandise is available, and coordinate shipping. You will be the primary point of contact with external stakeholders for operational details and logistics.
- Roadshow Planning and Execution: Plan and execute roadshow style events with partners. Secure venues, define agenda/content, and collaborate with Sales and selected Partners on target attendee lists. Coordinate and lead on all event logistics, catering, AV setup, on-site branding, content/speaker preparation (with Product Marketing), and promotion (with Digital Marketing).
- Smaller Roundtable Style Planning and Execution: Liaise closely with Account Executives covering various geographies, subject matter experts, and our product team to run/facilitate smaller ABM style events. Lead on event planning, including venue selection, coordinating attendee outreach with AEs, tracking registrants, and defining/helping create required content.
- Digital Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate a digital events schedule that covers both thought leadership and product showcase discussions using Livestorm.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide speaker preparation support. Liaise with AEs and Customer Success to identify high potential attendees to support pipeline goals. Partner with Product Marketing for digital showcase events and content/demos for physical events. Collaborate with Digital Marketing for event promotion, social updates, and lead capture/reporting processes. Maintain a calendar of events, deadlines, and key deliverables to share across the company.
- Event Promotion, Attendee Engagement and Follow Up Strategies: Lead on planning for event-related communications/campaigns including email copy/invites and post-event follow up plans. Ensure branded merchandise is available at all events. Work with other functions on targeted invite lists and tracking RSVPs.
- On-Site and Virtual Event Execution: Be open to travel across Europe to be on-site at events to manage logistics and ensure a smooth experience for all involved.
- Event Analysis & Reporting: Lead on event wrap-up sessions to align on follow up plans. Gather feedback to assess event effectiveness and areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports to summarise event effectiveness and contribution to pipeline.
- Innovation: Propose new ideas and look for ways to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
- Monitor and maintain events budget.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Several years of events design, coordination, and execution experience in a B2B environment where stakeholder collaboration has been key.
- Experience leading logistics for events, including securing AV equipment, coordinating shipping, and venue identification.
- Experience coordinating a brand's presence at large industry events.
- Experience designing smaller, company-owned events in conjunction with Sales and Product teams.
- Experience running digital webinar-style events such as fireside chats and product showcases.
- Experience reporting on event performance and translating KPIs into business outcomes.
