Aibidia is seeking a skilled Security Engineer to work on the Research & Development team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining an incident response plan and supporting the overall security posture of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an incident response plan outlining procedures for identifying, containing, eradicating, recovering, and reviewing lessons learned from security incidents.
- Review product security designs, document missing controls, and drive analysis for security improvements.
- Act as a trusted security advisor, managing customer relationships and roadmaps together with the sales team.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of security controls and report regularly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with external and internal audits in collaboration with the Compliance Lead.
- Implement and manage security awareness programs for employees to promote a security‑conscious culture.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the SDLC and IT operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must have
- Knowledge in Cloud and Data Governance, Risk Management & Compliance.
- Experience with cloud operating models, monitoring and logging solutions, and networking.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining security system architectures and strategies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, ISAE 3000.
- Experience integrating security into the SDLC.
- Skill in defining and tracking security metrics to measure effectiveness of controls.
Nice to have
- Experience in Cloud Security in Azure environments (application security, IAM, security configuration, SIEM).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform.
- Experience managing customer relationships through communication with security teams and providing architectural proposals and RFPs.
- Capability to identify and conduct security training programs.
