Requirements

  • Prior SDR experience in an international facing role (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in International Tax, Transfer Pricing and/or Consulting
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles and engaging with enterprise clients (Desirable)
  • Solid LinkedIn presence
  • Strong history of quota attainment, with a focus on productivity metrics (phone calls, emails, etc)
  • Comfortable working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and present to CFOs, Heads of Tax, and other senior decision-makers
  • This position requires being in the office 2 days per week to support collaboration and team engagement

What the job involves

  • As an Enterprise SDR at Aibidia, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders and fuelling the pipeline for our commercial team.
  • You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to refine our outreach strategy and help us scale across new markets.
  • Becoming knowledgeable with Aibidia’s industry, market, product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and KBPs (Key Buying Personas).
  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to engage and convert marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Develop personalised messaging to engage and educate prospects.
