Reporting to the Head of Technical, this is a full-time on-site role located in Wolverhampton for a Quality Assurance Assistant. The Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Conducting quality checks
  • Monitoring production processes
  • Supporting quality control activities
  • Assisting in maintaining compliance with quality management procedures
  • Recording and analysing quality data
  • Addressing non-conforming products
  • Collaborating with production teams to uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience with Quality Management systems and procedures
  • Analytical skills to monitor, assess, and ensure product standard compliance
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clear reporting of quality metrics
