We are a leading provider of state-of-the-art robotic palletising systems and automated case packing solutions, delivering high-quality engineering and exceptional customer support to clients across the UK.

The Role

The UK Sales Manager - Robotics will play a key role in driving commercial growth across the UK market. While the role covers the entire UK, we are ideally seeking someone based in the Midlands or North to strengthen our regional presence and improve customer engagement across these key areas.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting customers through the full sales lifecycle - from initial enquiry through to project delivery.

This is a highly technical sales role requiring a strong understanding of engineering-led solutions, automation systems, and capital equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts across the UK robotics and automation market
Act as the primary commercial contact for Endoline Robotics sales activity
Identify, engage, and convert new customers through proactive business development and networking
Respond to incoming enquiries and deliver high-quality, technical sales support
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from enquiry through to order and project handover
Conduct customer visits, site meetings, and technical discussions across the UK
Prepare and present tailored technical proposals and commercial solutions
Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with customers
Liaise with internal engineering, production, and delivery teams to ensure accurate project execution
Support distributors and partners with technical and commercial information
Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events (UK and occasional international travel)
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline and sales activity data
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the promotion of Endoline Robotics

About You

We are looking for a commercially driven, technically minded Sales Manager who thrives in a solution-led, engineering-focused environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within automation, robotics, capital equipment, or engineering-led manufacturing
Strong track record in both new business development and account management
Ability to understand and sell complex technical solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working independently across a UK-wide territory
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly

Desirable

Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
Experience within packaging, robotics, automation, or machinery sectors
Experience presenting to senior leadership or board-level stakeholders
