Job Description

You will be exposed to how financial consultants work with individuals and families — from understanding life goals and structuring practical financial strategies, to empowering them to make confident decisions. Along the way, you will build communication skills, professional confidence, and real‑world business awareness, while picking up essential financial planning knowledge for you and your loved ones. You will be sponsored for professional certifications such as CMFAS licensing examinations (M9/M9A and HI) to strengthen your professional foundation for future opportunities, including roles in the banking industry. Last but not least, you will join us on a fully sponsored 3D2N overseas business immersion trip, with opportunities to engage mentors with over 20 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship.

Beyond the Internship

Licensed consultants who qualify by company standards this year will be heading to Vancouver, Canada for our annual overseas convention — a glimpse into what consistent performance and professionalism can lead to in this industry.

  • An undergraduate studying full‑time in a local university (any discipline is welcome)
  • Curious, people‑oriented, and eager to learn
  • Able to communicate confidently and think critically
  • No finance background required — attitude and a learning mindset matter most.
