Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Insurance Operations Executive to join our team at AIA Singapore Private Limited. This is a full-time role based in the Alexandra North Central Region and involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our general insurance brokerage business.
Responsibilities
- Processing insurance applications and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing efficient customer service and responding to inquiries from clients and insurance providers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies and transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis to support the management of the insurance portfolio
- Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure seamless processing of insurance claims
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance operations or a related field
