We are looking for

• Dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate with 1‑3 years experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Experience working to sales targets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic a benefit).
• Genuine interest, passion, love for clothing and styling, and knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
• Presentable and articulate individual, ready to be face of luxury cashmere.
• Organised, able to multitask and problem solve while working at pace.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leads by example and role‑models behaviour reflecting company core values.
• High degree of maturity and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable N.Peal purchase experience to every customer, building long‑term relationships and inspiring loyalty.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, focusing on operational excellence, including loss prevention.
• Accurately process all POS transactions and capture customer information.
• Assist with operational and back‑of‑house duties, e.g., stock receipts, stock takes, and visual merchandising.
