About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll keep Nscale’s global interview engine running smoothly. You’ll coordinate complex, multi-time-zone interviews, communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders, and use Greenhouse to keep processes moving with accuracy and speed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across EMEA/AMER/APAC; manage changes with minimal disruption.
  • Use Greenhouse to post roles, move candidates, launch interview kits/offers as directed, and maintain clean, accurate data.
  • Prep interviewers (briefs, scorecards, agendas) and drive timely scorecard completion.
  • Post jobs to the careers site and boards; manage referrals and pipeline hygiene.
  • Produce weekly snapshots (time-to-schedule, scorecard SLAs, pipeline health) and suggest process improvements.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations.
  • Hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience (jobs, stages, scorecards, basic reports).
  • Proven complex scheduling across time zones; strong with Google Calendar/Meet (or Zoom) and tools like Calendly.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-obsessed, and reliably on top of deadlines.
  • Confident with Google Sheets/Excel; exposure to Metaview, Zinc or an HRIS (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
  • Discretion with sensitive data and a solid grasp of GDPR best practices.
