- Build interactive training programs with modules, media and assessments to drive engagement
- Translate and localise training into 100+ languages instantly
- Keep knowledge up to date by quickly editing and maintaining training content as information evolves
- Measure effectiveness with analytics and insights
Behind the product is a fast-growing, international team of 70+ people united by a passion for technology and its potential to help organisations scale knowledge more effectively. We foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning, and we’re committed to supporting the personal and professional growth of every team member. Our mission is to democratise organisational knowledge and make it easy for teams to create, update, and scale training and enablement across the entire company.
Why this role exists
You are a marketer. You have read a hundred job ads that all promised fast-paced, data-driven and a rocket ship. So here is ours, told straight. Colossyan is the #1 AI platform for video-led training and enablement. We turn learning material into studio-quality video with AI presenters, in dozens of languages, with no camera and no crew powered by our in-house AI agent. Enterprise L&D and enablement teams who used to wait weeks on a video agency now ship in an afternoon.
Here is what we do not have. Nobody owns turning that into pipeline. The brand is growing, the category is strong, and the way buyers discover software is being rewritten in real time by AI and creative workflows. Right now that shift is an open goal. In eighteen months it will be table stakes and the cheap ground will be gone. We want one person to run at it. Is that you?
What you will own
- Organic search and AI visibility
- Own the SEO roadmap end to end: technical health, site architecture, internal linking, page speed, indexation and crawl efficiency
- Build the keyword and content strategy that targets commercial intent rather than vanity traffic, and brief it into the content and brand team
- Own AEO and GEO. Make Colossyan the answer that AI assistants cite, and grow referral traffic and citations from AI search without trading away traditional rankings
- Run programmatic and template-driven page strategies where they earn their keep, and retire them where they do not
- Paid media and performance
- Build and scale paid acquisition across paid search, paid social and any emerging channel that can profitably reach our buyers
- Own creative testing cycles, audience strategy, landing page variants and bidding approach
- Decide what to run in-house, what to outsource and what to automate as spend grows, and hold any agency or contractor to a clear performance bar
- Get to new channels before they get expensive
- Demand generation and pipeline
- Design and run demand generation programmes measured on qualified pipeline, not clicks and not raw MQL volume
- Partner with Sales on lead quality, follow-up and feedback loops, so what marketing hands over actually converts
- Build the always-on engine as well as the campaign moments, and know which one a given quarter calls for
- Data, measurement and budget
- Own the digital reporting layer: attribution, funnel conversion rates, channel-level CAC, payback and ROAS
- Help build the models across GA4, Search Console, the ad platforms, our CRM and SQL or a BI tool, and be able to explain what is genuinely driving performance rather than what merely correlates with it
- Own the digital budget. Forecast it, reallocate it in-quarter on evidence, and defend it with numbers
- Treat every dollar as though it were your own. We would rather find an unfair advantage than outspend anyone
- Working across the team
- Partner with our Senior Brand Marketing Manager so performance and brand pull in the same direction
- Partner with our Lifecycle Manager so acquisition hands off cleanly into onboarding, activation and retention
- Partner with our Website Manager on CRO, landing page systems and site performance
Who you are
Must haves
- 7+ years in growth, performance or demand generation marketing, with meaningful time in B2B SaaS
- Real depth in both SEO and paid, rather than one with a passing knowledge of the other. We will ask you to walk us through campaigns you personally built and rankings you personally moved
- Technically strong and self-sufficient. Comfortable in GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and the SEO stack, and able to use scripts, APIs, SQL or AI tooling to answer your own questions rather than waiting in someone else's queue
- Genuinely data-led. You build the model, you interrogate the numbers, and you can tell a real signal from noise
- A track record of frugal, high-leverage growth. You have made a small budget do disproportionate work, and you can prove it
- Comfortable as a hands-on generalist in a fast-moving team, with no large agency or support structure behind you
- Commercially minded. You think in pipeline, CAC and payback, not impressions
Nice to have
- Experience marketing an AI product, or selling to L&D, HR or enablement buyers
- Product-led or self-serve growth experience alongside a sales-led motion
- Strong HubSpot fluency: workflows, forms, lifecycle stages and attribution reporting
- Hands-on CRO and experimentation experience

- Remote work: Enjoy extra flexibility with one full week of remote work per quarter.
- Free lunch Thursdays and breakfast Tuesdays: Build team connections over complimentary weekly breakfast and lunches.
- Great office location: Work from our centrally-located, pet-friendly office designed for comfort and team collaboration.
