About the Role
Nscale is looking for a Manager, Investor Relations, Legal, to work closely with the Investor Relations team, ensuring all investor‑facing and other public communications and disclosures meet the legal and regulatory standards that apply to a publicly listed company.
This is a narrowly focused, specialist role sitting at the intersection of Investor Relations, Communications, and Legal/Disclosure.
- What You'll be Doing
- Partner closely with the Investor Relations team on the legal rules and regulations governing investor communications and disclosure, including quarterly earnings, conference calls, and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all IR‑related disclosure activity.
- Work closely with IR, Communications, Events, Marketing and Legal (including Securities Counsel) to review public‑facing content - including websites, interviews and other press interaction, external conferences and events, blogs and social media posts (e. g.
X, Linked In) - ensuring consistency and compliance before publication.
- Build a deep understanding of the wider business in order to identify disclosure risks and keep messaging aligned across every external channel.
- Support the business through a period of increasing external profile and scrutiny, ensuring all public communications remain consistent with prior disclosures.
- Act as a key point of contact for disclosure‑related queries from across the business, including in relation to regulatory reporting obligations.
About You
- Experience in an investor relations, disclosure, or securities compliance function.
- Solid understanding of the legal/regulatory framework governing IR and public company disclosure in the US and UK.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong record‑keeping discipline.
- Confident, discreet, and comfortable reviewing sensitive or public‑facing content under time pressure.
- Strong cross‑functional relationship‑building skills; comfortable partnering closely with Legal, IR, Communications and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a company through a period of significant external or public profile growth.
- Familiarity with public company disclosure obligations in a listed or multi‑jurisdictional context.
