Nscale is seeking a Director, Strategy & Projects (People) to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and move quickly from strategy to execution. You will build AI-enabled People products, lead acquisitions, and redesign organisations as Nscale scales.
You’ll work with senior leaders across the business to set priorities, drive cross-functional transformations, and deliver tangible outcomes at pace. The remit is broad and evolving, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
