We are looking for an over-achieving Innovation Program Manager to join AI Rush, one of the most influential AI events in Europe. AI Rush is organized by European Blockchain Convention, founded in 2018 with the mission to educate and connect leaders in frontier technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI or fintech, is ambitious, smart, proactive, tech-savvy, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement and is a great multi-tasker.
Key responsibilities:
- Scout and curate top AI startups to showcase at the event
- Design matchmaking programs, pitching sessions, and networking formats
- Organize private meetings, demos, and deal-making opportunities between startups and corporates
- Coordinate startup challenges, competitions, or innovation awards
- Identify and build partnerships with media outlets, tech communities, and ecosystem players
- Lead communication between startups, sponsors, and internal event teams
- Create playbooks to improve startup–corporate engagement year over year
Requirements:
- BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, business development or related
- Hardworking individual who demonstrates commitment to achieving goals
- Must be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and customer oriented person
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, marketing or finance
