About the Role

Are you ready to join a global, ASX-listed company shaping the future of AI-powered accessibility and language solutions? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to support our EMEA Technical Sales team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Based in the UK, you’ll support customer engagements and technical sales activities across the EMEA region, while coordinating equipment logistics from our London office. Travel will be required to support trade shows, configure equipment onsite at customer locations, attend customer events and assist with other customer-facing activities. Travel frequency will vary depending on business needs and scheduled engagements.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide operational, administrative and project coordination support to the EMEA Technical Sales team, coordinating engagements from pre-sales through implementation, tracking actions and ensuring customer and internal deliverables stay on schedule.

  • Support customer discovery by gathering and documenting technical requirements, use cases and existing technology environments. Support product demonstrations and presentations, with guidance from the Technical Sales team as needed, and capture customer feedback.

  • Help coordinate Proofs of Concept (POCs), including equipment, encoders, licences, access, testing and customer communications. Assist with solution designs, technical workflows, diagrams and customer-facing documentation.

  • Support technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses; manage demo equipment and hardware logistics from the London office; prepare equipment for POCs and sales; assist with initial customer and internal troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues when needed; and help set up and deliver customer events and trade shows.

  • Support sales enablement through tailored technical outreach to prospective customers, partners and resellers. Research customer technology environments to help identify potential upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities, and share recurring requirements, technical challenges, feature requests and market trends with Product and Engineering.

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales support, customer coordination or a similar role, with the ability to learn technical products quickly

  • Confidence learning technical products and explaining technical concepts clearly to different audiences

  • Strong communication, presentation and planning skills

  • A customer-first approach, taking ownership of requests and following through to resolution

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines

  • Integrity, professionalism and sound judgement in all interactions

  • Adaptability and a practical, solution-focused approach to resolving issues and escalating more complex technical problems when needed

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across teams

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and deliver product demonstrations.

  • Strong organisation and coordination skills, including tracking actions, managing competing priorities and keeping deliverables on schedule.

  • Ability to support customer technical requirements, POCs, equipment and licensing coordination, and RFP/RFI responses.

  • Familiarity with encoders, AV, broadcast, streaming or accessibility technology, and experience supporting technical demos, POCs or customer events.
