You’ll dive deep into data, identify friction points, and implement creative strategies that boost user engagement and conversion rates across our digital channels. Working closely with our marketing, product, and development teams, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring every user interaction is optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior, track KPIs, and pinpoint high-impact conversion opportunities.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to validate the best ideas for landing pages, interfaces, and call-to-action elements.
  • User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to fine-tune site layouts, navigation, and content, ensuring an engaging and intuitive user journey.
  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative conversion strategies based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights, iterating quickly to drive measurable improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product, marketing, and tech teams to align optimization efforts with overall business goals and digital campaigns.

Qualifications:
