We are hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role partners with hiring managers to define what great looks like, source candidates, run a rigorous interview process, and close the right people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer across multiple roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for skills, motivation, and culture fit
- Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback from hiring panels
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through to a successful start date
- Track funnel metrics and improve conversion at every stage
- 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset; you measure your funnel and act on what it tells you
- Genuine interest in hiring great people, not just filling seats
- Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels
- A bias toward action and structured problem-solving
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
