About the Role:

One of our clients is hiring experienced Concierges to participate in a research project with a top global AI company. The role involves applying your professional hospitality knowledge to design and review questions related to concierge services and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and evaluate realistic service scenarios based on real-world guest experiences.
• Contribute insights from the hospitality industry to enhance AI training data.
• Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all submitted materials.
• Work independently and asynchronously according to your own schedule.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote and asynchronous work.
• Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.
• Project duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
• Requires access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).

Ideal Qualifications:

• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
