We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role is the first conversation prospects have with us — and the foundation of every deal that follows.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to target accounts
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to Account Executives
- Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline for the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity data and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant context
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance and message refinement
- 1+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and quota-driven environments
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
- Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection
- Curiosity about prospects' problems and a consultative listening style
- A high-output mindset and comfort with quota-driven environments
