We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role is the first conversation prospects have with us — and the foundation of every deal that follows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to target accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to Account Executives
  • Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity data and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant context
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance and message refinement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and quota-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection
  • Curiosity about prospects' problems and a consultative listening style
