AI Connect are partnering with an established international brand to help them hire a Senior Insight Analyst. You’ll work with large, rich datasets to generate insights that directly influence marketing strategy, customer engagement, and commercial decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse large datasets across marketing channels, customer behaviour, and retention initiatives to uncover actionable insights.
- Support marketing teams in measuring performance across Print, TV, Radio, and Digital channels, helping optimise campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for business stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing key marketing and commercial decisions.
- Mentor and support junior analysts while contributing to the development of data‑led strategies across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working in insight, analytics, or BI roles, ideally supporting marketing or commercial teams.
- SQL skills and experience analysing large datasets.
- Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
