Professional Practice

- Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate guidelines relating to confidentiality and information sharing, providing appropriate information whilst maintaining a client's right to confidentiality.
- Use resources creatively to maximise client support.
Duties will include:
- Carry out monthly HR checks on all directly employed staff – ensuring items such as DBSs, passports and driving licences are up to date and notifying the individual should these need renewing.
- Carry out monthly consent form checks – sending out requests for renewals should these be required.
- Maintain the Independent Providers tracker – obtaining up to date information from therapists, if required.
- Order all medical supplies and items requested by the Case Managers for their clients.
- Ensure all supervisions are booked on a monthly, bi-monthly and four monthly basis, for all directly employed staff, for each Case Manager.
- Maintain the filing system for all INA documents and consent forms.
- Order all office stationery and supplies.
- Reconcile and review receipts for money cards.
- Attend MDT meetings and create minutes from recorded transcripts.
- Maintain the Training Matrix – updating with any mandatory course training dates, or additional training required, for all directly employed staff.
- Assist with sourcing new providers for all new clients.
- Provide assistance to the team in the absence of the Operations & HR Manager.
